am Öznur Çiftçi, born in Hatay in 1980. My academic journey began at Gazi University in the Department of Art History, where I also completed my Master’s degree specializing in Turkish-Islamic Arts. This academic background endowed me with the ability to analyze details meticulously and to deeply comprehend the cultural and material value behind structures.

In my professional career, I took on strategic roles for many years in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, particularly within Tuborg. Beyond my responsibilities in the training department, I served as a "Hunter Manager" in the field, specializing in identifying new opportunities in off-trade and on-trade channels, as well as driving the company's horizontal and vertical growth. By managing large budgets and executing strategic moves in extensive operations, my team and I achieved significant increases in the brand's market share.

Continuing my career in the FMCG sector, I oversaw the management of large-scale contracts with industry giants. Managing these processes with corporate firms provided me with unique experience in handling complex negotiations and finalizing high-volume commercial operations.

Today, I bring this "results-oriented" and disciplined approach acquired in the corporate world to the real estate sector, serving as a Real Estate Consultant under the roof of Keller Williams Kent. While my expertise primarily lies in commercial properties and high-volume portfolios, I also provide consultancy for luxury residential properties and high-investment-value projects.

I now utilize the strategic perspective I once used to grow brands to help my investors and clients achieve their real estate goals. For me, success means combining accurate analysis with professional management to create the most profitable outcome for all parties.
